INGREDIENTS:

  1. 2 cups of ketchup
  2. 3 tablespoons of vinegar
  3. 1 clove of garlic
  4. ½ cup of water
  5. Salt and pepper

ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS:

  • Orange juice start with about ½ a cup
  • Tomato sauce, paste, or fresh tomatoes
  • Liquid smoke (a little dab will do you)
  • Beer- about ½ a cup
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Coca-cola about ½ cups
  • Molasses or brown sugar
  • Honey a tablespoon at a time
  • Tabasco, fresh peppers,
  • Louisiana hot sauce

Experiment and have fun creating your very own secret sauce. If you don't get it right the first time, try again.
