BBQ with a Sweet Honey and a Spicy Buffalo Sauce - Here are the Recipes

Just fill the grill, add the meat, and sauce, and you will have a tasty treat for the entire party. Here are a few different mouth watering recipes that your guests are sure to enjoy.



  • 4 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt
  • 1 tablespoon of freshly round black pepper
  • 1 ½ cups of finely diced onions
  • 2 tablespoons of finely chopped garlic
  • 4 sprigs of fresh thyme or 1 teaspoon of dried bay leaves
  • 1 - 28 ounce can of crushed tomatoes1
  • 6-ounce can of tomato paste
  • 2 teaspoons of ground cumin
  • ½ a cup of red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of Tabasco sauce or to taste3 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of freshly chopped oregano or 1 tablespoon of dried
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon ground coriander tablespoon chili powder¼-cup
  • Worcestershire sauce


In a large saucepan, add oil onions and garlic. Cook until softened. Add remaining ingredients into mixture .Bring sauce to a simmer and cook for about one hour stirring frequently. Allow your barbecue sauce to cool and use for basting. This barbecue sauce is great for all types of meats. Experiment and have fun grilling out.

The next recipe is a simple barbecue sauce recipe that can be mixed up from things that you probably already have on hand. Although this sauce is simple to make its flavor is explosively delightful. You can use it to create a fast snack by pouring it on top of pre-baked crispy Tyson chicken strips or you can cut up and fry your own chicken for dipping.

Spicy buffalo barbecue sauce recipe


  • 28 ounce can of hunts tomato sauce
  • 4 ounces of tobacco or Louisiana hot sauce
  • 2 sticks of butter
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper


In a medium saucepan, melt your two sticks of butter. Next, add in tomato sauce, hot sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Let simmer 15-30 minutes. Allow to cool slightly and dip or pour over prepared chicken. Serve immediately.

A good barbecue sauce is a job (more than) half done, this is what makes or breaks the party. Together with the marinades the sauce determines the taste, marinade takes care of the bite.
