Want to try some delectable low carb seafood recipes that will have your taste buds enjoying every little morsel? If so, then you must try out these low carb seafood recipes.

This first recipe will quickly become one of your all time favorites.

For seafood gazpacho you will need:

  • 2 small cans of clams, chopped and drained,
  • 2 small cans of drained baby shrimp,
  • 2 small cans of shredded crab meat,
  • 1 chopped onion,
  • 4 sliced stalks of celery,
  • 1 peeled, seeded, and chopped cucumber,
  • 2 quarts of Spicy V8 juice,
  • 2 tablespoons of lime juice.

Just mix together and serve. Cool and refreshing.


If you love fish then this recipe for your favorite fish will be very enjoyable. Of course this one is also low on carbs. 

You will need:

  • 1 pound of fish filets, your favorite of course,
  • 1/3 cup of low fat yogurt,
  • 3 tablespoons of apricot jam, and
  • 1 tablespoon of lime juice.

Pre-heat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the fish in a non stick baking dish and bake for about 5 minutes, drain. Stir together the yogurt, jam, and juice. Pour this mixture over the fish and bake for another 5 minutes or just until the sauce is hot. Serve and enjoy.

Salmon can also be prepared as delicious low carb dish like this one for Smoked Salmon.

sYou will need:

  • 3 pounds of salmon filets,
  • 1 tablespoon of lime, and
  • 12 ounces of apple juice.

Wash and pat dry the salmon filets.

Rub the filets with the lime juice. Place the filets in a dish with a cover and pour the apple juice over the salmon. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Place your salmon on the grill and smoke for about 3 hours. Your salmon is ready when it flakes easily when prodded with fork. Skin will also turn a smoky color.
