Enjoy your Barbeque, but do it Low Fat

This low fat barbeque recipe for chicken is very delightful and is low in fat.
You will need:
- 4 cubed chicken breasts,
- 1 chopped bell pepper,
- 1 chopped onion,
- ¾ cup of your favorite low fat barbeque sauce, and
- 1 cup of white rice.
Place the chicken in a large skillet along with the pepper, onion and barbeque sauce.
Cover the skillet and cook for about 15 minutes. While the chicken is cooking prepare the rice by the package direction. When you serve the meal, make a well in the center of the rice and spoon the barbeque chicken in the center.

- ¾ cup of unsweetened iced tea,
- ¾ cup of ketchup,
- 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce,
- 2 tablespoons of steak sauce,
- 4 tablespoons of brown sugar,
- 1 tablespoon of lime juice,
- ½ teaspoon of smoke flavoring,
- ½ teaspoon of garlic powder,
- ½ teaspoon of onion powder,
- ¼ cup of water and
- salt and pepper to taste.
In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil over medium high heat, stirring occasionally. Lower heat to medium and continue simmering for about 10 minutes or until the sauce is thick. If the sauce becomes too thick you can add just a bit more water and cook a little longer until the sauce is blended and flavorful.
