Low fat grilled Chicken

For this recipe you will need to gather the following ingredients:
- 4 boneless and skinless breast,
- 3 tablespoons of seasoning salt,
- 2 tablespoons of lime juice,
- 2 tablespoons of paprika,
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and
- a non-stick cooking spray.
Slightly slit each chicken breast in 2 or 3 places about ¼ inch deep.
Place the chicken in a bowl with the lime juice, turning to ensure all the chicken is coated with the juice and set aside.
Pre-heat your grill to medium high. In a small bowl combine the seasoning salt, paprika and brown sugar.
Now, roll each chicken breast in the mixture until coated well. Spray your grill and place the each chicken breast on the grill. Grill for 5 minutes, turn over and grill again for 5 minutes.
Repeat until the juice runs clear. Serve and enjoy a low fat grilled chicken recipe.
Vegetarian Low Fat Portabella Mushrooms Recipe

- 6 portabella mushroom caps,
- 3 ounces of vegetable broth,
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice,
- 1 minced clove of garlic,
- 1 minced green onion,
- 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley, and
- salt and pepper to taste.
Mix together all ingredients except for the mushroom caps.
Place the mushroom caps into a bowl with a lid and pour the marinade over the mushroom caps.
Turn the caps to ensure that the caps are covered in the marinade.
Refrigerate for at least one hour. Grill or broil over high heat with the caps up for 4 minutes.
Cook until the mushroom caps are soft. Now, you can enjoy this wonderful delectable dish.
