Two Low Fat Ground Beef Recipes

Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a large bowl combine all ingredients and mix until well blended.
Pat into a loaf shape and place in a non-stick baking dish. Garnish with a bit of ketchup and bake for 45 minutes to one hour until completely done. First, cook the macaroni by the package directions until done.
Brown the ground beef on medium heat, in a large saucepan and drain the grease. Stir in the garlic, chili powder, salt and pepper. Stir and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes.
Now add the macaroni and the tomato soup. Heat until completely hot throughout and serve with by sprinkling with cheese just before serving.
