Chuck steak recipes
If your man loves steak and I know he must, then here are some great recipes that will have him running to your dinner table.
Try this great meal next time you are searching for a new chuck steak recipe To prepare you will need:
- chuck steak,
- ½ cup of red wine,
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce,
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce,
- 2 teaspoons of rosemary, and
- 2 chopped garlic cloves.
Stir together all of the items except steak. In a covered dish, place the steaks and pour the mixture over the steaks, turn it to coat in the marinade.
Cover and refrigerator for at least one hour; turning about every 15 minutes, to allow the marinade to soak into the steak on all sides.
Grill until desired doneness basting with the marinade. You can also you the marinade as a steak sauce if you boil for at least 15 minutes.
Barbeque chuck steak recipes are also very popular and are not very hard to create.
You will need for the marinade:
- 1 cup of very finely chopped onions,
- 1 cup of tomato sauce,
- 1/3 cup of brown sugar,
- 1/3 cup of red wine vinegar,
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce,
- ¼ teaspoon of crushed red peppers,
- ¼ teaspoon garlic salt, and pepper.
You should also have around 2 pounds of chuck steak cut into bite size pieces.
First mix all of the ingredients to create your marinade.
Place the steak in a shallow dish with a cover and pour the marinade over the steaks.
Refrigerate overnight for at least 8 hours. Turn the steaks as often as you can to allow the marinade to penetrate the meat.
Grill or broil your steaks until desired doneness, basting with the marinade. To use the marinade at the dinner table be sure to boil for at least 10 minutes.
