Preparation

For the breading, I prefer to use:

all purpose flour and seasoning salt

I also use:

2 eggs and
1/3 cup of milk for dipping.

Rinse your cut of steak, then roll in the flour, be sure to coat all sides, then dip into the egg mixture, then back into the flour.

Now, place in your deep fryer. If you are planning on using a skillet be sure that you have enough oil to completely cover the steak. Fry on high until golden brown. You can also use one can of beer with the eggs to make a new and unique flavoring for your deep fried steak.

Seasoning

There are so many different seasonings that can be added to the flour mixture or even to the egg mixture that will make any cut of steak delectable. Try adding:

Worcestershire sauce,
lemon juice or your
favorite steak sauce in the egg mixture.
