Grilled whole Ribeye as a Delectable Meal
You may wonder if grilled whole ribeye roast is possible, well the answer is yes. A whole ribeye roast makes a wonderful grilled treat.
The first thing you should do is to prepare your grill. The steak roast should be grilled on high heat. You should also set your steaks out of the refrigerator for 30 minutes prior to grilling. So, while the grill is heating up, set your steaks out on the counter. Now, you can season your filets with your favorite seasonings such as salt and pepper. I prefer to use garlic salt or seasoning salt. Be sure to season both sides of the beef roast. Place your roast on the grill and grill for 3 minutes with the lid closed, open and turn your meat using tongs, grill for another 3 minutes. If the steak is not to your desired doneness, cook for another 3 minutes.
The secret to a wonderful and tasty whole ribeye roast is not to overcook. Now, you many wonder how to tell if the steak is ready if you do not pierce it with a fork. Do not cut your steak to see if the center is done. This will release the natural juices that the steak needs to stay moist and tender. You should use your finger and press on the meat, if it is soggy, then it should remain cooking. When it becomes firm to the touch then it is ready. You should also let your roast sit off of the heat before serving. The cut of steak will still remaining cooking after you remove it from the heat.
You can also grill other vegetables along with your ribeye steak and have a complete meal. Place corn on the cob and potatoes on the grill with your steak. What can be better for a great meal that everyone will enjoy?
