Marinated Steak Recipes
Marinated steak recipes can be used for all kinds of occasions and a variety of dishes. Steaks that are marinated have a delicious flavor and are tenderer than steaks that are not. There are many different types of marinates for steaks that you will enjoy for every steak recipe you try.

This recipe is great for a complete meal.
You will need
- 1 16 ounce can of tomato sauce,
- 1 8 ounce of stewed tomatoes,
- 21 ounces of salsa,
- 2/3 cup of red wine,
- ½ cup of finely chopped onion,
- 2 tablespoons of crushed garlic cloves,
- 1/3 cup of chopped cilantro,
- and salt.
Mix all of the above ingredients together and marinate your steak for at least 8 to 24 hours. To prepare the salad you will need
- ½ head of romaine lettuce,
- ½ head of red lettuce,
- 2 tomatoes,
- 1 cucumber,
- 1 avocado,
- 1 can of black olives,
- 1 bunch of cilantro,
- 1 ½ cup of grated jack cheese,
- ½ cup chopped green onions, and tortilla chips.
Mix all of the above ingredients together except for the cheese and the tortilla chips. Now, you are ready to finish your steak. Grill or broil your steak. Then cut the steak into thin slices and mix in with the salad. Add the cheese and tortilla chips and your meal is ready.
Other great marinated steak recipes can include just Italian dressing. All you need to do is to marinate your steak in Italian dressing over night and grill or broil until desired doneness.
You can even add your own favorite seasonings and any type of acidy food for the marinade such as wine, vinegar, pineapple juice, or even V 8 juice.
All of these type of marinates will give your steak a wonderful flavor and also tenderize at the same time. As you grill or broil your steak you can baste your steaks with the marinade, but do not use the marinade unless you cook it first. It has raw meat juices in it that you should not eat.
