Mexican Crockpot Flank Steak Recipes

- garlic salt,
- 1 can of tamales in sauce,
- 1 teaspoon of beef bouillon,
- ¼ cup of hot water,
- 8 ounces of tomato sauce, hot pepper sauce,
- 2 tablespoons of cold water,
- 4 teaspoons of cornstarch, and
- shredded Monterey jack cheese.
The first step in preparing this meal is to pound the meat to tenderize.
Then season the steak with the salt, pepper, and garlic salt. Now, you need to un-wrap the tamales and break them up slightly in a bowl and spread over the flank steaks. Roll the steaks like a jelly roll and tie with cotton twine.
Place the steaks into the crockpot. Next, prepare the bouillon by dissolving it in the hot water and the tomato sauce and the hot pepper sauce. Pour this mixture over the flank steaks in the crockpot. Cover the crockpot and allow the flank steaks to cook for 6 to 8 hours.
