You will need ribeye steaks,
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce,
- 1 tablespoon of garlic,

- ½ cup of butter,
- 1 pound of sliced mushrooms,
- 2 tablespoons of white wine.
First, season your steaks with the soy sauce, garlic, cumin and pepper by rubbing the mixture into the meat. Set the steaks aside and sauté your mushrooms in half of the butter for about 1 minute, add the wine and just a touch of the seasonings. In another skillet sauté the steaks in the other half of butter until desired doneness. Pour your mushroom sauce over your ribeye steaks and serve.

- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch, and
- ¼ cup of water.
To begin, stir together the water and beef base and heat until completely dissolved. Now, add the horseradish and garlic. When it is warm, add the cornstarch and water. Cook until sauce is desired thickness. Add the peppercorns. Grill or broil your steaks until desired doneness, pour the above sauce over your steaks and serve.
