  •  3 cups of dry white wine,
  • ½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper,
  • ½ cup of soy sauce,
  • 1 small onion cut into slivers, and
  • ½ teaspoon of garlic powder.

Mix all of the items together and marinate your steak for 3 to 6 hours. Remember, the longer you marinate the more tender your steak will be.

  •  ½ cup of Worcestershire sauce,

  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder or 1 small clove of garlic crushed,
  • 1 tablespoon of onion powder,

  • 12 ounce beer,
  • pepper,
  • ¼ cup of your favorite bar-b-que sauce,
  • ¼ cup of lime juice, and
  •  ½ cup of apple juice.

Mix all ingredients together and marinate your steak for 3 to 6 hours. This is a wonderful recipe that you are sure to use on many different types of meat.
