- 1 package of large egg noodles,
- 4 chopped medium green onions,

For the glaze you will need 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 6 tablespoons of dry sherry, and 1 tablespoon of sugar, 2 teaspoons of honey, and 3 tablespoons of water. Mix all of the ingredients for the glaze together and heat over medium heat until the sauce thickens. Then set aside. In a large skillet heat the 1 teaspoon of oil and then add the egg noodles. Heat the frying pan again with a little oil, roll your tuna steak in the sesame seeds or sunflower seeds, and then sear the steak on high heat. Sear until you achieve desired doneness.
