wonderful for marinating your turkey and also basting while cooking.
For the first recipe you will need:
- 1 cup of lemon juice,
- ¾ cup of maple syrup,
- ½ cup of olive oil,
- 12 cloves of chopped garlic,
- 2 tablespoons of thyme,
- salt and pepper to taste.
Mix together all ingredients and pour over your turkey, cover and
refrigerate overnight or at least 3 hours before cooking.

For this recipe you will need:
- 1 cup of orange juice,
- 1 cup of soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce,
- 1/3 cup of honey,

- ½ cup of chopped onions,
- 2 teaspoons of ginger,
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon, salt and pepper to taste.
Mix together all ingredients and pour over turkey, cover and
refrigerate for at least one hour.
You can always substitute any
of the ingredients above with some of your own favorites.
