To prepare you will need to preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Fry the sausages in a skillet until all sides are brown and then cut into ¼ inch slices. In a large bowl, combine the corn meal, baking powder, baking soda, salt and pepper. Next mix in the sausages slices and the rest of the ingredients until well mixed. Pour into 2 greased baking pans and bake for around 40 minutes. Now, you can crumble and stuff your turkey.
