Pepper Steak

Many people use flank steak for their pepper steak recipes, but you can use any of your favorite beef steaks to prepare wonderful pepper steak recipes. Here is one recipe that will have your dinner guests asking for seconds. You will need:

  1.  black peppercorns,
  2. white peppercorns,
  3. 2 steaks,
  4. 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce,
  5. 2 tablespoons of soy sauce,
  6. 2 tablespoons of vinegar, and
  7. 1 tablespoon of your favorite hot sauce.

To begin you need to crush the peppercorns and pound your steaks with the peppercorns on them. This will make the peppercorns go into the steaks and will provide a wonderful unique flavor. You will need a large enough covered dish to place the steaks in the refrigerator.

Mix the remaining ingredients Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce vinegar and hot sauce together. Place the steaks into the marinade that you just made and refrigerate covered for 2 hours.

You never want to leave the steaks at room temperature to marinate. Bacteria will grow on warm meat. After marinating, your steaks are ready to broil or grill. Grill to desired doneness.

Boiled Potatoes

These go very well with the pepper steak, I prefer them over fried or baked.

Peel them and boil until ready
