Filled Tomatoes with Salmon and Cot Fish StewTomatoes with Salmon 8 big tomatoes 1 can of Salmon 1 can of Tuna 1 hardboiled egg 1 tablespoon sliced pickle 1 tablespoon capers 3 tablespoons mayonnaise Behead the Tomatoes and hollow them carefully. Get the Salmon out of its can, clean it when necessary and divide it into little pieces.  Cut the egg in very small cubes. Mix the Salmon, Egg, Capers and mayonnaise. Fill the tomatoes with the mixture. Cod Fish Casserole 4 nice pieces Cod Fish Butter Pepper Salt A few Carrots Laurel A few Champignon Mushrooms Chopped parsley Put the Cod in Cut the carrots in slices and put them together with a little clump of butter on top of the Cod. Add a little water and the laurel. Put everything in the oven and scatter the finely chopped Champignon Mushrooms over the dish Let the Fish simmer for another 15 minutes and scatter with fresh parsley.
