Chopped Steak with Horseradish and Leek Tomato Soup Leek - Tomato Soup 2.5 lbs.Tomatoes 4 Cups bouillon Thyme Laurel 2 leeks Basil Cut the tomato in 4 pieces. Put this tomato parts in the bouillon together with Thyme and Laurel Let the soup simmer for about 10 minutes, and then put it through the strainer, squeeze as much of the tomato/laurel/thyme through the strain.
